Monday to Friday
Since the project is close to the end, my manager has time to take lunch with
me. My manager has strong social skill. He treats his subordinates like family
members. He has a strong sense of humor. His speeches always make laughter.
Everyone in this department is happy to talk with him. Hence, I manage to learn
from him.
Therefore, I took the opportunity to apply
my social skill on him that I have learned. Meanwhile, I ask him to provide
some suggestion on improving social skill. I am happy as he guides me by steps
to communicate with people effectively. I was enjoy to talk with him.
